    Business Intelligence Officer

    The successful candidate MUST have a technical background with experience in data analysis and coding (Python).

    Key Requirements:

    • Monitor both above the line and below the line marketing activities.
    • Manage product tracking and consumer engagement database
    • Analyze data and prepare reports from marketing activities, sales registrations and SMS and phone based surveys.
    • Monitor sales data and advising sale and marketing team weekly on trends
    • Understand the Kenyan media landscape and communicate trends and current events to management
    • Monitor, analyze and optimize ROI of marketing campaigns.
    • Communicate sales and marketing KPIs systematically
    • Quickly and flexibly create solutions for obtaining, sharing and displaying data
    • Help implement and monitor CRM software for use by sales staff
    • Aid in monetization and finding novel uses for data
    • Other roles as advised by the sales and marketing leads.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics /Information Technology/ Actuarial science
    • Should at least have worked with a Marketing agency
    MUST have at least 3 years relevant working experience
    MUST have a technical background
    • Good data analysis and reporting skills
    • Good Communication Skills
    • In depth knowledge of sales and marketing fields
    • Coding skills required; particularly Python

    Chief Operating Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participates with the Board, Medical Staff, and senior management in the development and implementation of strategic plans
    • Maximizing operational efficiencies to provide the highest quality of safe and appropriate patient care

    Advertising Graphical Designer

    The successful candidate will be tasked with collaborating with the team in creating ad campaigns, design concept and a variety of collateral material to support the client requirements. He/she Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a marketing agency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Directors and Account Handlers to produce visually compelling ad campaigns, presentations, and collateral materials to help generate client business.
    • Design advertising layouts to spec that include but are not limited to print ads, direct mail pieces, marketing and advertising collateral, online ads and banners, point of sale, and trade show signage and materials.
    • Communicate with clients, when necessary, to achieve maximum results.
    • Liaise with and manage production of said advertising collateral to desired standards and within agreed budget parameters.
    • Retrieve and export files and artwork via the Internet; source stock images as needed.
    • Keep abreast of current trends in design and technology advances.
    • Continually seek creative excellence and innovation in all forms of marketing communications materials.

    Qualifications:

    • A diploma in Graphical Design.
    • Proficient with Mac OS and design software: Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
    Must have 1 to 2 years’ experience in an agency.
    • Ability to develop print & digital art.
    • Ability to manage point of sale, interactive pdfs, trade show signage, and page design.
    • Knowledge of pre-press process for print production, stock image services would be an advantage.
    • Possess a collaborative mindset but also able to work independently as needed.
    • Customer focus, attention to detail, deadline-oriented.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure.

    • Forward thinking to develop a new approach to the distribution of pharmaceutical products.
    • Demonstrate 5+ years management skills

    Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Marketing the high end architectural products to new and existing customers.

    Qualification:

    • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS packages – Word, PowerPoint & Excel. Other system use will be a plus
    • Adapt quickly on projects as and when needed
    • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
