    Business Analyst

    The successful candidate must have at least 2 years’ commercial experience and ability to analyse market trends. Must be a holder of an overseas Bachelor’s Degree.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assisting with the business case.
    • Planning and monitoring.
    • Requirements organization.
    • Translating and simplifying requirements.
    • Conduct cost/benefit analysis.
    • Business case development.
    • Modelling techniques and methods.

    Qualifications:

    Must have an Overseas Bachelors’ Degree in I.T/Finance/Business or related field.
    Must have at least 2 years’ commercial experience.
    Must have the ability to analyse market trends.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and results oriented.
    • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
    • Excellent written and spoken English

    Management Trainee

    The successful candidate must have at least 2 years’ management trainee experience in a multinational and a holder of an overseas Bachelor’s Degree.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Setting objectives and performance goals with higher officials and trainers of the organization.
    • Performing duties in assigned departments.
    • Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
    • Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of standards required for performance of departments.
    • Perform duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Operations and Logistics Associate

    The successful candidate MUST be keen to detail, able to drive through the finish line and work with and improve company processes and systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Fully own day-to-day complexities.
    • Drive through the finish line using creativity to push through roadblocks.
    • Coordinate between cargo owners & transporters and manage tracking systems.
    • Manage transporters to ensure on time delivery.
    • Consistently communicate with all stakeholders.
    • Work with and improve company processes and systems.
    • Leverage tech to increase efficiencies.
    • Liaise between Head of Operations & the field.
    • Monitor and improve service level metrics.

    Qualifications:

    Must have 3 years in a logistics coordination position.
    Must have a bachelors or Masters from leading university.
    • Comfortable with technology
    Must be obsessed with details
    • Excellent English and Swahili communication skills both oral and written.
    Must have Charisma and passion
    • Ability to handle “high-stress” situations
    • Experience in a logistics and Tech company is an added advantage.

    Finance and Admin Manager

    The successful candidate MUST be keen to detail and ensure day to day finances are in order along ensuring all the essentials for a healthy and functioning office are present.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Further develop the finance system for the firm.
    • Ensure relevant accounting standards are met.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulation.
    • Ensure invoicing is accurate and manage working capital.
    • Initialize requirements for management of human resources and related processes (recruitment and payroll).
    • Manage day to day office needs.
    • Maintain professionalism in communications with all outside persons.

    Qualifications:

    Must have a bachelors or Masters from leading university.
    Must have 4 years’ experience in Finance/Accounts.
    • Comfortable with technology (apps, smart phones, Microsoft office, etc.)
    • Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders at all level
    • Excellent English and Swahili communication skills both oral and written.
    Must have Charisma and passion
    • Ability to handle “high-stress” situations
    • Experience in a logistics and Tech company is an added advantage.
    • Strong organizational capacity
