    Marketing Manager

    The incumbent will be responsible for undertaking marketing projects for the benefit of the company, with a goal to reach out to the market and strengthen the company reputation and to facilitate o continuous growth.

    He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.

    Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager Job

    • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
    • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
    • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
    • Observing at the pricing of products and analyzing the potential profitability
    • Managing the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, to ensure they meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
    • Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
    • Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
    • Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
    • Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
    • Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences.
    • Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.

    Requirements for the Marketing Manager Job

    • Degree in Marketing , Business Administration or relevant discipline
    • 6 Years marketing experience in East & Central Africa with a proven track record.
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
    • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
    • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Mature candidates 30 years of age and above highly encouraged to apply

    Warehouse Manager

    The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing programs, operational and personnel policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities for the Warehouse Manager Job

    • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
    • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
    • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
    • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
    • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
    • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
    • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
    • Prepare annual budget
    • Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
    • Plan work rosters, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
    • Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
    • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
    • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

    Qualifications for the Warehouse Manager Job

    • Degree in Supply Chain Management or Equivalent
    • 8 years’ experience in managing a large warehouse preferably in the pharmaceutical Industry
    • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices with a sound knowledge of pharmaceutical warehousing processes and legislation
    • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
    • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases

    • Technical knowledge of the products portfolio
    • Working knowledge of the Kenyan animal health industry
    • Ability to identify animal needs and advice customers accordingly
