    Wholesale Team Lead - Mitumba Clothing

    The successful candidate must have an experience dealing in bulk sales of clothing or footwear. He/she must demonstrate natural ability for sale and excellent report writing skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To oversee and manage 5 wholesale currently existing shops.
    • Would be required to manage Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Meru and Eldoret.
    • Develop and expand the wholesale shop network.
    • Process product orders.
    • Supervise, train and motivate the team (shop staff and field agents).
    • Actively search for new clients.
    • Negotiate with clients.
    • Report to the commercial director.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 3 years experiences in wholesale trading.
    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
    • Must have experience in leading a sales team.
    • Required to follow up on payment.
    • Experiences selling clothing or footwear.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
    • Experiences of a retail chain or a large factory.
    • Must be a natural sales person.

    Real Estate - Sales Executive

    The ideal candidate Must have experience working in a real estate company. He/she will be required to achieve demanding target.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and sustain clients through calls, correspondence, presentations, and the designing of solutions including after Sales service.
    • Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate, follow up, close the sales, within the assigned segments of operation
    • Identifying new campaign opportunities within the assigned segments
    • Identify new avenues and prospects for sale of company properties and arrange for presentations
    • Following up on existing and new real estate market for new vacancy opportunities
    • Attend exhibitions in which the company is exhibiting to meet new & existing clients
    • Prepare and make a report on market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree
    • Must have 3-5 years’ experience in the Real Estate Sector.
    • Experience in selling and letting luxury property is preferred
    • Must have proven strength in the ability to grow sales and develop client relationships
    • Must be presentable and with good command of English with ability to handle high-end clients
    • Must display a high degree of emotional maturity to handle
    • Must be aggressive with Good networking skills
    • Must have ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Flexibility to adapt to change in priorities.
