    Skills and Abilities

    • Archiving and record keeping

    Professional training

    • Secretarial train and experience
    • Diploma in business management
    • Diploma in law or a Bachelor of law

    Trainer - Finance and Entrepreneurship

    The main purpose of the role is to develop and implement the financial training programmes to clients.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Develop Training Materials and review them regularly for relevance and appropriateness.
    • Develop or modify course materials and training manuals to meet specific need as required.
    • Prepare training reports and give feedback to clients.
    • Carry out pre and post training tests for all participants.
    • Source for training opportunities
    • Develop and facilitates financial and entrepreneurship trainings to clients.
    • Maintains understanding of Training techniques and trends.
    • Monitor training programmes and manuals to ensure they are active and up to date and make updates as necessary.
    • Preparation of monthly training programmes and appropriate distribution.
    • Maintain client relationship, paying courtesy visits to our client and understanding their needs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or related field
    • Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
    • 5 years of experience in financial services industry, entrepreneurship or related fields
    • 3+ years training experience.
    • Excellent knowledge in the following subjects:
    1. Personal Financial Planning
    2. Financial Counseling
    3. Investment Opportunities
    4. Entrepreneurship
    5. Pre -Retirement Planning
    • Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
