Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned pest control personnel
• Estimate time, materials and personnel needed for pest control at the site
• Design and carry out pest management plans
• Manages and directs the effective performance of the field and service staff to achieve assigned customer service goals.
• Trains field casual workers in the field and evaluate their performance to achieve customers’ need.
• Manage inventory of products, materials, and equipment
• Monitor technician routes and schedules

Qualifications & Skills

• C.S.E “C” Pass or above
• Diploma in Agriculture, Crop Protection or Environmental Science, from a reputable College
• A clean driving License and certificate of Good Conduct are a MUST.
• Two (2) Year experience in Agricultural operations, Environment Services, Pest Control or Crop Protection
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Effectively manage operation  team
• Professional maturity and high ethical standards

Essential Functions:

• Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to benefits, company policies, etc.
• Schedule and create project assignment to meet completion dates.
• Source, screen and recommend candidates for employment and conduct new employee orientation.
• Facilitate internal / external Health and Wellness activities.
• Create facilitate communication and employee involvement initiative.
• Administer salary performance review procedure, and employment related policies and procedures.
• Support the administration of Worker’s Compensation and coordination of workplace safety programs.
• Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
• Plan and participate in Departmental Talent Management and Succession Review.
• Promote organizational development
• Administer performance management
• Manage and monitor employee training
• Supervise the compensation and benefit programs
• Conduct employee counselling and disciplinary process
• Support the safety program in collaboration with the Safety and Loss Prevention Function
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and absenteeism reports to ensure compliance and address violations in collaboration with management levels.
• Ensure employee data accuracy / reporting i.e. vacation, sick, personal days, payroll, scheduling, etc.
• Conduct separations, terminations, exit interviews for all employees
• Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints
• Conduct new-hire orientation
• Supervise compliance of workers’ compensation claims and follow-up all cases to completion / closure.
• Manage and promote employee engagement and recognition program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• IHRM certification
• 3-5 years HR generalist experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Superior interpersonal skills and time management
• Experience in maintaining a non-union presence or in the administration of a collective bargaining agreement including grievance investigation, responses and participation in contract negotiations desirable.
