    Video Editors

    Responsible for assembling of raw camera footage into finished productions suitable for broadcast.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES

    • Create compelling video edits for broadcast, social and web delivery
    • Collaborate with creative and production teams to shape video concepts
    • Manage post-production process and work­ flows from footage ingestion to final delivery
    • Work on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
    • Present work to creative teams and clients
    • Advise on best practices and stay ahead of changing technology
    • Work with the Producers to manage post-production schedules and timelines
    • Conduct supervised edit sessions with clients; need to be able to quickly edit on the ­ fly in high pressure situations

    This role is responsible for production and maintenance of radio studio equipment’s to ensure the radio station remain on-air continuously. This will include undertaking broadcast operations, installations and servicing of broadcast systems in transmission areas and in studios.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES

    • Working with producers and performers about the desired production sound.
    • Prepare for live recording sessions, placing microphones and other recording equipment and using computers to program equipment.
    • May be required to record speech and music, or reproduce or copy sound recordings, synchronize dialogue, music and sound effects with visual and combine sounds during mixing or postproduction
    • Keep records of the gear used in specific recordings

    The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling and supervising the work of the team of Business Executives to generate and meet agreed individual and teams’ volume against set annual revenue targets and to maintain excellence in relationship management.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Transport Supervisor

    Job Description

The Group is looking for a highly motivated, qualified, experienced and reputable team player to fill the following position: Transport Supervisor The incumbent will be charged with coordinating the use of Company vehicles to ensure an efficient transport system and delivery of newspapers and other publications to the various destinations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Schedule and coordinate all company vehicle operations, deployment and requests from the various departments
    • Keep track of vehicle movements ensuring time management and delivery of the Groups products 
    • Monitor and control of fuel consumption and other costs related to fleet management 
    • Ensure high levels of road safety are adhered to and any breakdowns or accidents are dealt with as per the company policy
    • To organize for maintenance and repair of company vehicles ensuring optimum serviceability at all times

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

    • Diploma in Automotive , Mechanical engineering or Fleet management , a degree will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
    • Must be computer literate 
    • Energy and ability to work odd hours
    • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills 
    • Have Strong leadership Skills
