    Administrative Assistant

    Role Purpose

    • Receiving all company visitors as the first point of contact.
    • Answering all incoming calls, routing the calls to the relevant department/ person.
    • Following through with the client for the required assistance if the person is not available while ensuring customer service standards are maintained at all times

    Responsibilities

    • Provide professional and competent telephone operator service both internally and externally on all aspects of telecommunications to and from the switchboard.
    • Provide professional first class customer focused reception services in a helpful and courteous manner
    • Maintain office compliance procedures by following safety processes in place in relation to access of visitors to offices, through the reception desk
    • Maintaining vehicle movement log books for company and leased vehicles on a daily basis. Keeping up to date files for leased vehicle movement
    • Undertaking any other relevant tasks as directed by the Administration Officer e.g. relieving other Administrative Assistants

    Junior Quality Assurance Officer

    We are currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Junior Quality Assurance Officer reporting to the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, with the position being based in Nairobi

    Role Purpose

    Under general supervision, the Assistant Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for performing intermediate and daily quality assurance reviews to ensure and report on the accuracy of claims processing end-to-end and other key business processes

    Responsibilities

    • Randomly audit claim transactions, including high value, declines and duplicate claims
    • Determine error sources and accurate entry of registered and approved claims
    • Ensure pricing arrangements have been applied accurately
    • Attend and actively participate in Quality Assurance Team meetings
    • Analyze claims supporting documents to establish liability
    • Monitor and ensure that the key interfaces adhere to the set claims handling standards and escalate non adherence to the management

    Key Competencies

    • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities structural and conceptual thinking
    • Ability to handle detailed tasks and work with varying types of data

    Qualifications

    Business Development Officer -Medical

    We currently have an exciting career opportunity for Business Development Officer reporting to the Head of Business Development with the position being based in Nairobi

    Role Purpose

    Developing medical business growth in line with the business targets/goals and retention of existing portfolio

    Responsibilities

    • Revenue growth through effective management of agent and broker business portfolios
    • Growing intermediary portfolio, introducing new intermediaries and directing clients and maintaining relations with existing clients and brokers
    • Ensuring business retention of at least 90%
    • Put in place mechanisms to build and sustain good relations with corporate client
    • Ensure efficient resolution to service related issues
    • Manage tender business ensuring timely submission date, key requirements and tender premiums done
    • Following-up on quotations with the respective units
    • Gathering market intelligence and updating management
    • Coordinating staff presentations, health talks and medical camps
    • Working with the medical team and continuously developing/ structuring products that will ensure product competitiveness against evolving market trends
    • Striving to keep loss ratios at acceptable levels and suggesting measures that will allow the company to run medical schemes profitably
    • Holding regular meetings with intermediaries/ clients in order to establish concerns which he then resolves with various teams in the department
    • Ensure seamless settlement of new schemes into Jubilee portfolio including advise to department and service providers
