    Internship / Trainee

    INFAMA is looking for young graduates who are interested in launching their career by joining the INFAMA Internship Program.

    An entry-level position receiving multi-departmental training and work skills with an aim to recruit and integrate into the company. A challenging environment with goal oriented tasks and exposure to all levels of management. The best performers will have an opportunity to attain permanent employment in a dynamic company.

    Age:
    • Above 25 years old
    Professional Fields Eligible
    • Sales and marketing
    • Automotive engineering/Mechanic

    • Accounting and Finance
    Education:
    • Completed degree, Diploma, Certificate in the stated professional fields from a reputable institution
    Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent Written or Spoken English and Kiswahili
    • Strong aptitude in either commercial or operations work
    • Good with numbers and data analysis
    • Problem Solving skills
    • Strong Presentation Skills
    • Proven skill in area of interest
    Additional Requirements:
    • Minimum previous work experience – 6months - 1 Year (employment/attachment)

    Road Rescue Officer

    Academics:
    • Automotive Engineering or Motor Vehicle Mechanics
    • Course – Diploma/Degree
    • Minimum qualification Certificate e.g. City and Guilds, KNEC, National Youth Service or any other established and recognized institution.
    Skills
    • Motor Vehicle Mechanical and Electrical Diagnostic skills – knowledge of new motor vehicle models a must
    • First Aid Skills an added advantage
    • Experience in Towing is an added advantage
    • Excellent knowledge of Nairobi and its environs
    • Excellent driving skills, with driving experience minimum of 2 years – Class BCE
    • Excellent written skills and computer literacy (basic IT skills)
    • Good communication skills
    • Multi-tasking ability and ability to work under pressure
    • Professional, driven, dynamic and flexible
    • Have a passion for excellence and working with people
    Additional Requirements:
    • Certificate of Good Conduct
    • Authentic original academic documents and identification documents
    Work Experience:
    • Minimum work experience of 1-2 years in a busy Automotive Workshop, Garage, Motor Dealership, Government or Parastatal

    Sales & Marketing Executives

    Qualifications & Skills:
    • A Degree or Diploma holder in Sales and Marketing or any other related field. Certification of Proficiency in Insurance will be an added advantage
    • Enthusiastic can-do attitude, highly self motivated, result oriented, detail oriented and a well developed sense of drive
    • Must be able to demonstrate a sales record (3+ years) at a high level of achievement
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Well developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent computer skills
    Tasks & Responsibilities
    • Sales and Marketing of company products to new and current customers
    • Ability to prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific target customers
    • Customer communication , client visits and sales presentations
    • Achievement of agreed sales and revenue targets
    • Establish new retail and corporate accounts
    • Carry out market research and communicate any developments to appropriate company staff
    • Manage customer product, service information, complaints and compliments
    • Implements assigned action plans aimed at achieving sales and revenue targets
    • Preparation of sales records and reports on activity, closing, follow-ups and adherence to goals
    • Build and maintain a strong profitable customer base
