Job Purpose

The Dealer Developer Executive position recruits, develops and manages the performance of dealers against set targets to ensure the achievement of the Yamaha sales targets.

Dealer Developer Job Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective dealers to ensure achievement of Yamaha targets in view of market share expansion and business growth
• Conduct regular visits in the regions in order to monitor progress on pre agreed action plans and adherence to the company standards
• Implement Dealer sales strategies to increase sales across various regions in the country
• Monitor dealer’s business performance and provide support in view of market share expansion and business growth
• Provide advice on dealer infrastructure to reflect approved company standards
• Assist dealer management set action plans geared towards increase of sales, Yamaha presence, market share and profitability
• Identify dealer training needs and gaps and recommend the appropriate training solutions to bridge the gaps
• Monitor and report to the company dealer compliance with dealer contract / agreements to ensure any deviations are attended to in a timely manner
• Serve as a liaison to Dealers in order to identify and provide additional resources and maximize dealer profitability

Qualifications for the Dealer Developer Job

• Bachelor’s Degree in sales and marketing or relevant field from a recognized field
• 4 years working experience in Sales in the automotive industry or other relevant field
