Sales Manager at AAR Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing solid business plan and laying strategies for acquisition of new business and achieve set budgets.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, oversee the marketing of Insurance products and services and ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Oversee all the business acquisition process for intermediaries within the unit/branch.
• Ensuring service queries for the signed up intermediaries and clients are well addressed and timely feedback provided.
• Planning and attending sales meetings with clients in support of intermediaries.

Education, Experience & Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a Business related course.
• Professional Qualifications in Insurance, Marketing and Sales.
• At least 3 years of Practical Sales & Marketing or Business Relationship Management with proven performance track (Preferably in the insurance business).
