Assistant Accountant at Nexus Staffing Solutions

We are hiring on behalf of our client for an Assistant Accountant to support financial and accounting operations within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of financial records and reports 
• Maintain accurate accounting entries and documentation 
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions 
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements 
• Assist in statutory and tax compliance processes 
• Support daily finance and administrative operations 
• Ensure proper filing and record keeping 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
• Minimum CPA Part I qualification 
• Minimum experience acceptable 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems 
• Good analytical and organizational skills 
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
