    Branch Manager- Meru

    • At least 3 years of experience in the microfinance sector, with a strong understanding of lending operations and client relationship management.
    • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Team Leader, Supervisor, or Branch Coordinator), preferably within a financial institution.
    • Proven track record of managing teams and meeting branch targets.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • A Diploma or Degree in a business-related field is an added advantage.
    • Must be willing to work in Meru
