Cyber Café Attendants

Our client is seeking to hire Cyber Café Attendants for their branches in Nairobi and Naivasha. The ideal candidates must be tech-savvy, customer-focused, and experienced in cyber café operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with computer access, printing, scanning, and online services.
- Provide support in online applications and document processing.
- Maintain proper records of daily transactions and system use.
- Ensure smooth running of the cyber and maintain equipment in good condition.
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company values.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in IT, Business, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a busy cyber café environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, honest, and customer-oriented.
