Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Direct Sales Representative at Ngao Credit Ltd located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Direct Sales Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting product training, and achieving sales targets.

• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in sales and meeting sales targets
• Ability to provide product training
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Fluency in English and Swahili
• Prior experience in the finance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
