Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate a large team of staff, ensuring smooth coordination and teamwork.
• Oversee staff scheduling, and monitor service to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant supervisory experience in a busy hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hospitality industry.
