    Graduate Trainee, Human Resource

    Position Summary

    • Reporting to the Group Talent Manager, the Graduate Trainee – Human Resource will support execution of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training coordination, HR analytics, and HR systems administration. The program aims to develop well-rounded HR professionals capable of supporting business growth and operational excellence.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Support hiring processes, candidate coordination, interviews, and employee induction activities.

    Learning & Development

    • Assist in preparation and coordination of training programs, workshops, and Training Needs Analysis data consolidation.

    Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Support implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives while escalating complex issues appropriately.

    Performance Management

    • Assist in performance appraisal processes, reporting, and career development support activities.

    HRIS & HR Analytics

    • Support HR data entry, reporting, and analysis to enhance decision-making and maintain system accuracy.

    HR Projects & Administration

    • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and provide administrative support across HR functions.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic.
