The incumbent will oversee all aspects of human resource management and industrial relations policies, practices. She/he will be responsible for providing leadership to HR and Administration function’s development, planning, and implementation. The Job holder will contribute to the human capital efficiency and effectiveness of company’s general operations, development and drive a performance culture in the organization by implementing the people plans to improve business performance as resources meet the Company’s objectives.
