HR Intern at Poly Tanks

Job Mission: To support and handle HR and administration activities.

Job Description

• Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR & Administration Team
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Coordinating initial orientation to newly hired employees

Education Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
