For Hybrid/On-site roles:
This is a (hybrid) role, you would be working from our offices in (Nairobi, Accra, Lagos, Kampala or Johannesburg), partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe and Africa. You will be reporting to the Head of Share Services.

To excel in this position, candidates should bring proven HR experience with a focus on shared services and business partnering, expertise in employee relations and policy development, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, and, ideally, knowledge of global employment laws and regulations.
