HR Site Supervisor at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

 Responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance tracking and end-to-end payroll processes.
• Handle disciplinary cases and facilitate positive employee relations across the organization.
• Oversee the management and compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for staff safety.
• Coordinate employee welfare programs to ensure a supportive and productive work environment. • Conduct regular meetings with client representatives to align on operational goals and feedback.
• Perform Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and coordinate professional development sessions. • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the client to ensure smooth communication.

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly recommended.
• Demonstrate a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in HR administration.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build professional relationships.
• Maintain high proficiency in the use of HRIS applications and office software.
