Junior Sales and Marketer at Summit Recruitment and Search

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns to promote the brand and attract new customers.
• Utilize digital marketing, social media, and other channels to enhance the hotel’s online presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Organize and host promotional events to engage with potential clients and partners.
• Develop and manage the sales, marketing budget effectively and Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective strategies.
• Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
