Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and circulate the monthly/quarterly portfolio reports to the lending teams and program leads for review.
• Prepare and update all tables, graphs, and financial information for the portfolio clients and other requests.
• Build and review portfolio reports on a monthly/quarterly basis with the lending team to review the pipeline, IRR, and portfolio performance.
• Prepare one-pagers drafts/KYCs/DD for review and approval by the investment committee.
• Assist the Portfolio Manager – Capital and TA with supervision priorities and compliance.
• Provide support to the Investment/TA staff, including research/client payment administration, consultant identification, and contracting.
• Take minutes and track follow-ups for supervision meetings (LQFRs, SAIRs, Valuations).
• Complete and file ad hoc requests from stakeholders, auditors, and external meetings.

Qualifications:

• Must have bachelor’s degree in mathematics or a related field
• Must have 3+ years of credit experience
• Demonstrated ability to support portions of investment activities(sourcing/due diligence, as well as drafting related memos/financial analysis, and legal agreements)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated support or ability in research, client supervision/compliance, and capacity building interventions
• Experience working in banking or microfinance institutions is a must
• Experience in financial analysis, credit analysis, and data analysis is preferred.
• Ability to interact with clients & partners, & manage relationships;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with & partners, & manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seating guests, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintaining the dining area in a clean and presentable condition
• Ensure crockery, cutlery and glassware are clean and polished before service.
• Ensure that customers are correctly charged as required, present the bill and take payment from the customer in accordance with the procedures of the hotel.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Support officers and managers in collection, verification and analysis of data on potential borrowers
• Support the officers and managers in preparation of credit memos
• Support the closing process of each approved credit transaction.
• Coordinate with the capacity building team on gaps identified during the KYC/due diligence process
• Critically analyze available data on loan applicants and apply financial, commercial, environmental and social criteria to assess alignment with organizational objectives
• Monitor the repayment of the loans disbursed and periodically update CRM with required metrics.
• Handle credit related customer queries
• Perform any other duty as assigned in line with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Must have Relevant bachelor’s degree in mathematics or higher in a related field
• Must have 3+ years of credit experience
• Demonstrated ability to support portions of investment activities, including (1) screening leads, conducting due diligence, structuring and closing deals; (2) drafting related memos, scorecards, financial models and legal documents; (3) assessing social impact; and (4) leading deal discussions in decision meetings;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues from various cultural backgrounds; great team player
• Experience in financial analysis, credit analysis, and modeling is preferred.
• Experience working in banking or microfinance institutions is a must
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other similar applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to undertake domestic travel
