Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of all mechanical equipment (kiln, crushers, mills, conveyors, fans, compressors, etc.)
Oversee mechanical-related capital and plant improvement projects, including installation, upgrades, and refurbishments.
Monitor equipment performance and maintain an effective equipment history and maintenance record
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure availability of critical spares and optimize inventory levels.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through efficient use of resources and optimized maintenance strategies.
Promote a safe working environment to ensure zero lost time accidents and compliance with statutory requirements
Continuously benchmark on plant and asset improvement areas to achieve world-class performance parameters
Requirements
Minimum qualifications;
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
5 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance role
Registered with the Engineering body (ERB)
Excellent planning, execution, and organizational abilities
