    Records Management Officer III – 4 Position

    Duties and Responsibilities will entail:

    An officer at this level may be deployed in the Ministry/Department headquarters, provincial or District office to head a small registry. The officer will work under supervision of a more Senior Officer. Specific duties and responsibilities will include receiving, sorting, opening filling, miniting and distribution of mail; dispatching of mails and guiding on files disposal

    Requirements for Appointments

    • Be a Kenyan Citizen;
    • A Diploma in Records and Information Management or its approved equivalent qualification form a recognized institution.
    • Certificate in Computer applications
