Reservation & Listing Intern at CDL Human Resource

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing, confirming, modifying, and cancelling reservations.
• Respond to guest enquiries through WhatsApp, email, Airbnb, Booking.com, and other channels.
• Assist with checking availability, rates and booking details.
• Liaise with guests, Housekeeping, Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Assist with preparing booking confirmations, invoices, payment follow-ups, and guest information.
• Assist in preparing daily check-in and check-out lists.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date reservation records.
• Assist with handling guest requests, booking changes, cancellations, and other reservation-related concerns.
• Support the Reservations Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure all reservations and guest information are accurately recorded and updated.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Speaking and/or writing Chinese is an added advantage.
