Our client, a chain of restaurants operating in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a proactive and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and the ability to manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant staff and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle guest feedback.
• Monitor stock, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily reporting and operations.
• Train and motivate staff to achieve performance and service goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant or hotel setup.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
