Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales and marketing objectives, leading and motivating a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead marketing and sales team

• Lead sales and marketing team to achieve annual and long-term sales goals
• Develop marketing and sales strategy, goals, milestones, and marketing and sales plan
• Supervise team members – business development manager, assistant marketing and sales manager, and local sales coordinator.

Lead sales and business development efforts

• Develop and implement long-term sales and business development strategy

Work with company directors to refine long term marketing strategy

• Interface with customers to understand their needs and wants to continuously refine the company’s messaging
• Determine best channels for reaching target customers
• Supervise the creation of professional marketing content to drive sales

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors' degree in business administration, marketing or related field
• Certificate in leadership, project management or other relevant areas
• 3-5 years in sales
• 2 years experience leading a sales team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
