JOB DESCRIPTION / CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

REPORTING TO

Managing Director

Job Purpose

We are looking for a high-performing Sales person to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Remuneration

This is a performance based position. Salary will be mainly based on the number of admissions achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities

Please note that the duties outlined below are subject to periodic review.

1. Design and implement strategic plan to meet admission targetsc
2. Design and produce Frontlearn promotional and advertising tools such as posters, banners, brochures etc.
3. Organize and execute marketing events such as door to door campaigns, activations and speaking engagements, expos etc.
4. Keep up to date records of all contacts received from advertising efforts and their interaction progress.
5. Develop and report on weekly and monthly marketing plans.
6. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
7. Organize and attend marketing activities in high schools and churches, reaching student, parents and teachers.
8. Stay up to date with emerging trends in the industry and knowledge of competitor edge.
9. Sensitizing a marketing culture within Frontlearn Institute
10. Undertake any other responsibilities commensurate with the grade of the post, which the Managing director/management representative may from time to time require.

Qualifications

1. Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
2. Significant work experience for at least one year
3. Innovative and creative with the ability to think ‘outside the box’ and achieve exceptional tangible outcomes
4. Ability to use design software
5. Ability to mobilize marketing teams and be a good team leader
6. Ability to conduct and analyze research data.
7. Excellent communication, articulation and presentation skills.
8. Hands on ability to use audio visual equipment and Public Address systems.
9. Excellent organizational skills
10. Pleasant personality
11. Ability to build networks
