• Optimizing voyage space and allocation utilization
• Driving revenue yield across customer portfolios
• Steering CRM opportunities and guiding sales priorities
• Forecasting volumes and aligning supply-demand balance
• Conducting trade lane and routing optimization analysis
• Identifying lost business recovery opportunities
• Providing structured commercial performance reporting to management
