    Trade Development Manager

    What You Will Do

    • Agent Selection & Management
    • Build a pipeline of agent partners that meet Club criteria in selected neighborhoods
    • Deliver high quality onboarding of new Club Agents via RTVOH process, setting them up for success
    • Design & execute professional, high quality offboarding processes
    • Deploy efficient & effective route plans for front end teams
    • Design and deploy JBPs anchored on key business drivers and deliver win-win partnerships
    • Perform weekly performance management of Club Agents enabling early course correction to deliver business goals
    • Sales Fundamentals
    • Ensure 100% distribution & maximize uptime across the network
    • Deploy Club weekly pricing & promo across the network in < 24hrs
    • Ensure in-store shelving & merchandising as per Club Trade Marketing guidance
    • Stewardship
    • Minimize business loss & risk via effective stock control processes
    • Deliver effective channel cost control
    • Manage and track shop P&L to ensure agent health across network
    • People Management
    • Deploy clear channel priorities to frontline teams
    • Deliver effective training & coaching
    • Ensure fair and effective performance management processes
    • External Focus
    • Stay in touch with the trade & market activities that have high impact on Club
    • Share regular competitive intelligence reports
    • Turn data into insights that inform commercial decisions

    What You Will Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in any field with an excellent academic background
    • 8+ years of experience in similar roles (ideally in FMCG industry) with increasing responsibility
    • Proven success of strong leadership
    • Strong analytical thinking and skills
    • Strong frontline sales & account management experience in GT & MT
    • A curious individual that can make complex decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing
