    Training and Management Analyst II – (3 Posts)

    Duties and Responsibilities 
    This will be the entry and training grade for Training and Management Analysts. An officer at this level will be exposed to the Management Consultancy techniques and strategies under the guidance of a senior officer. 

    Duties and responsibilities will entail: -

    • Facilitating trainings and development
    • Working in a consultancy team
    • Assisting in the reconciliation of staff establishment
    • Collection of data for organizational studies/surveys
    • Assisting in drafting of departmental curricula, schemes of service/career progression guidelines, policies and manuals
    • Performing other duties as may be assigned from time to time

    Requirements for Appointment 

    • For appointment to this grade, an officer must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management Science, Education or Business/Public Administration or Human Resource Management.
