Role Summary: The successful candidate will be a well-organised sales professional with a proven track record of out-performing sales targets. S/he will understand the multi-stage sales process, including in-depth knowledge of payment plan structures and mortgage arrangements.
The individual must be proficient in nurturing leads independently and closing sales in a timely manner. They must demonstrate a detailed understanding of the real estate market in Nairobi.
The successful candidate will have an aptitude for communicating effectively with customers, in both Kiswahili and English. Experience within the real estate sector is a pre-requisite.
As the Sales Executive, you will report directly to the Sales Manager. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets. You will also be required to safeguard the reputation of the company by dealing with all employees, directors, customers, vendors and associates in an honest and professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Below are some of the specific areas of responsibility covered by this role:
- Meeting weekly, monthly and annual sales targets as directed by the Sales manager and Managing Director;
- Having clear and deep knowledge of the products we sell;
- Understanding the needs and motivations of potential clients. Disseminating this information to the Sales Manager and Managing Director at weekly sales meeting;
- Generating sales leads from marketing pushes and from self-motivated initiatives;
- Taking ownership of client leads: ensure independent and timely follow up of all leads;
- Providing polite and informative customer service to potential and purchasing clients;
- Meeting clients for site visits as convenient to the client;
- Liaising with the administrative team to ensure clients’ legal paperwork are executed in a timely manner;
- Performing any other related activities required in the company from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 1 (one) year of sales experience in property, development or real estate required;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritise and to handle the high stress environment of a sales department;
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office: excel, word, PowerPoint;
- Comfortable with CRM systems.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written;

The role: As the Receptionist, you will report directly to the Administration Manager. You will be required to safeguard the reputation of the company by dealing with all employees, directors, customers, vendors and associates in an honest and professional manner.
Below are listed the specific areas of responsibility covered by this role.
Job Description:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person.
- Answer enquiries in person, by phone and on email.
- Answer telephone lines, screen and direct calls; take messages & relay when appropriate.
- Provide information to callers such as directions to the office and site location, company website, information about the homes, and related sales information
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including photocopying, scanning, filing and collating.
- Prepare correspondence and documents; coordinate pickup and delivery of mail.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Monitor inventories of supplies and assist in ordering, stocking and distributing office supplies.
- Keep the reception area tidy.
- Other tasks as required by the manager.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Business related degree.
- 1-2 years experience in the same position.
- Proficiency using a computer, printer & scanner.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications; specifically MS Office experience, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
