    Logistics Manager

    The Logistics manager is responsible for maximizing the efficiency of the logistics to achieve the highest level of customer service at optimal operating cost. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the role offers support to all sales and operations functions

    Logistics Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Managing outsourced logistics in terms of contract management and operational management
    • Managing the interface between the internal customers (IT&N, Mass Market, Business Market, …) and the logistic supplier
    • Validating the customer delivery orders.
    • Insuring the SLA between the internal customers and the logistic supplier as per the process description, guarantying delivery as per the delivery orders.
    • Reporting weekly KPIs on the Logistics inbound, outbound activity (external Warehouse and Shops Stock
    • Take, Courier service statistics and Billing)
    • Cooperating with the Sourcing department in order to insure a constant goods traceability from PO to Warehouse delivery
    • Managing to reduce the Stocks level with the concerned departments
    • Cooperating with the Stock controller within the Financial department in order to reconciliate Stocks
    • Checking the Courier Service and Warehousing monthly bills
    • Reviewing and improving the logistics processes, selecting and adopting appropriate tools that guarantee improved performance.
    • Responsible for the Logistics budget.
    • Responsible for cost optimization with a OPEX reduction target
    • Managing incentive schemes by timely reconciliation and cancellation of bonds.
    • Ensuring that the Logistics team receives the motivation, training and development, coaching and guidance to enable them to keep abreast of latest developments and achieve their maximum contribution.

    Qualifications for the Logistics Manager Job

    • Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent with MBA as an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
    • Professional Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
    • First class knowledge in Logistics/Supply chain management coupled with minimum of 3 years’ experience in
    • FMCG/Telecoms sectors
    • Computer literate, with experience of ERP.

    Sourcing Manager

    He/she is responsible for maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of the department in responding to procurement needs and in implementing the procurement strategy to deliver value to internal clients by optimizing costs throughout the product life cycle and proactive supplier management.

    Sourcing Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Reviewing the sourcing strategy and process, adopting the appropriate organization, procedures and tools that guarantee and improve performance.
    • Develop and manage the procurement department including setting targets and monitoring performance.
    • Developing and delivering Procurement Strategy across the company to deliver target benefits and financial savings including approving each category manager’s purchase category strategy and savings plans.
    • Engage support and agreement for the strategy from key stakeholders so that implementation and compliance are optimal; promote the effective management of suppliers to sustain value throughout the life of the contract.
    • Establish new processes and systems for effective procurement across the company; develop and implement an e-Procurement vision.

    Qualifications for the Sourcing Manager Job

    Project Manager

    She/he will Play a critical role in the “on boarding” of Branded Resellers. Once initial relationships have been established with a branded reseller and an MOU and NDA are in place a Project Manager will be assigned by the Head of Program Management, and will be responsible for taking charge of the next phase from MOU to Launch.

    Their role will be to formalize with the partner a joint project plan which identifies all the key activities, deliverables, timescales and resources necessary to deliver and launch the branded reseller into the market.

    • Experience with Mobile Financial Solutions would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
    • Familiarity of managing projects in a technical environment is also absolutely critical.
