    Level 1 Support

    Key responsibilities

    • As a Level 1 support your mission will be to look for ways to provide value to our clients successfully in a team environment. This will be by assisting with collecting customer requests and data.
    • Attend to customer phone calls.
    • Respond to user emails and web support requests and escalate them to technical engineers.
    • Conduct basic troubleshooting using questionnaires to find out the level of support needed.
    • Provide product information to clients.
    • You will work directly with clients and the Project Lead to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

    • Experience in customer service and relationship building.
    • Excellent communications skills and ability to work with people from different backgrounds.

    IT Help Desk Support

    Key responsibilities

    • Provide level one helpdesk support to clients via Jira and Tiger paw ticketing systems and, if necessary, follow up over the phone and via ConnectWise.
    • Troubleshoot and support Windows and Mac OS users.
    • Install and troubleshoot printer-related issues.
    • Create and maintain user accounts in the AD and O365.
    • Help in installing applications and giving end-user access to systems.
    • Watch over and take care of any unassigned queues in the ticketing system.
    • Utilize preset service levels to close tickets.
    • Study, identify, and diagnose flaws and symptoms using standard methods and procedures to restore service and user equipment.
    • Carry out additional tasks as needed.

    Key competencies/skills

    • Strong practical expertise with Active Directory.
    • Technical support experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing workplace.
    • Experience working with ticketing systems such as Tiger Paw, Jira, and Freshdesk.
    • Experience in end-user support using tools such as Comodo and ConnectWise.
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    • Support experience for an environment with Windows, Linux, and Mac Operating Systems.
    • The ability to communicate technical knowledge to business units without technical expertise.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced IT support environment.
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT and Computer Science or equivalent.
    • Good communication and documentation skills.

    Key responsibilities

    • As a Software Administrator you will be responsible for building web applications that facilitate both virtual and physical meetings for clients. Your mission will be to successfully deliver and manage software implementation projects in a team environment, while looking for ways to provide value to our clients.
    • You will build event platforms for clients to hold both physical and virtual meetings.
    • Automating tabulated data.
    • Automating the events or projects using a template.
    • Actively learning new languages for the next project.
    • Using Chat GPT to accelerate development.

    Key responsibilities

    • As an accounting system consultant you will be responsible for assisting with accounting system implementations. This is by assisting the clients in determining their business needs, business process design, develop customized solutions, and integrate third party applications with existing infrastructure.
    • Your mission will be to successfully deliver and manage software implementation projects in a team environment, while looking for ways to provide value to our clients.
    • You will work directly with clients and the Project Lead to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
    • Setup system and configure according to customer requirements.

    Key responsibilities

    • As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for planning lessons, creating training materials, and scheduling lectures on various topics.
    • Giving Lectures on different topics.
    • Creating and revising training manuals.
    • Coming up with new training roadmaps.
    • Setting Assignments, Assessment, and soft skill questions.
    • Conducting code reviews sessions.
