    Sales Representatives (Laptop and Laptop Parts Shipping)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential clients in the laptop and laptop parts industry, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and repair centers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
    • Understand clients’ shipping needs and offer customized shipping solutions that meet their requirements.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
    • Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in active sales preferably selling laptops and parts.
    • Proven track record in sales, particularly in the laptop or technology sales sector, with a deep understanding of laptop specifications, configurations, and market trends.
    • Familiarity with various laptop brands, models, and their unique selling points to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, capable of building and maintaining long-term relationships.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient individual who thrives in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
    • Effective communicator with persuasive negotiation abilities and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

    Project Manager

    Job Duties:

    • Develop a standardized design deliverables report template.
    • Review and manage supply chain appointments, identifying gaps and initiating further procurement if necessary.
    • Establish a project and governance structure to support the project’s execution.
    • Implement governance procedures developed during pre-construction phases.
    • Implement relevant reporting procedures for effective project monitoring and communication.
    • Issue meeting schedules and communication protocols to ensure efficient collaboration.
    • Report supply chain performance to the client as required.
    • Establish a program schedule for proper contract scope control.
    • Manage and oversee all subcontractors working under the client.
    • Monitor program-related risks and implement necessary project scope adjustments.
    • Report any variances in initial cost plans or supply chains to the client.
    • Manage and oversee the procurement process as per client requirements and regulatory standards.
    • Assist the client in managing stakeholders’ input and expectations to prevent delays or disputes.
    • Plan commissioning activities and integrate them into the master schedule.
    • Assist in developing a handover strategy and checklist for seamless transitions and completion.

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
    • At least 5 years working experience working as a Project Manager
    • Experience in the Construction sector
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Experience with project management software tools
    • Conversant with contracting.
    • Proven experience working with a team of Architects.

    Marketing Receptionist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and check-in guests with warmth and professionalism.
    • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Manage guest check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and a pleasant Check Out experience.
    • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, utilizing upselling techniques to introduce guests to additional services, room upgrades, or special offers.
    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and services to assist guests effectively.
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions, including processing payments.
    • Keep the reception area organized and visually appealing.
    • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience, including coordinating with the General manager to promote special offers or events during check-in or check-out, and actively participating in upselling initiatives to boost revenue.

    Qualifications.

    • Must have a Diploma in Front Office, or a related field.
    • Must have Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional Sales and customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
    • Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
