    Talent Acquisition Assistant

    • This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment/talent acquisition process.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create job descriptions
    • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates

    HR Account Manager (SMEs)

    • This role is responsible for providing expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources.

    • Ability to quickly grasp concepts and translate facts and data into solutions
    • All round HR Generalist
    • Willingness to learn and a love for reading
    • Thorough understanding of the Kenya labour laws
    • High emotional intelligence
    • Must have excellent people skills 
    • Keen attention to detail and strong administration skills
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and in writing 
    • Energetic and confident, able to address business owners and senior management 
    • Willing to gain training skills and learn how to develop training content

    Project/Events Coordinator

    • They are looking for a Project Coordinator responsible for administering and organizing various event projects. They will work closely with the Project Director to develop project action plans and manage resources, timeframes, and budgets.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop event proposals & budgets for approval by stakeholders.
    • Lead client discussions to align event expenditure with the budget.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure adherence to plans and budget
    • Develop event floor plans based on client requirements with stakeholders.
    • Develop project plans and risk management recommendations.
    • Liaise with clients on invoicing and payment matters for timely settlement
    • Manage financial budgets aligned with departmental work plans.
    • Present event proposals to management and clients for approval.
    • Propose the department’s financial budgets for management approval.
    • Recommend venue selection based on client requirements with stakeholders.
    • Review project deliverables to ensure adherence to project plans

    Required Specifications

    • 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager or experience in a similar role
    • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
    • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
    • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
    • Hands-on experience with project management tools
    • Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Public Relations or a related field
    • Certification in Convention Management is a plus

    Conference & Events Sales Manager

    • The successful incumbent will be responsible for promoting the company and booking events through an aggressive marketing and sales program. In this role, your primary tasks will involve connecting with potential clients and negotiating their contracts. This is a performance-based sales position that gives you the opportunity to capitalize on your own success.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage (and fill) the company events calendar and sales goals
    • Execute all aspects of the sales process; develop measurable sales goals and strategies to meet and

    Required Specifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred
    • Event planning experience preferred
    • 3-5 years of sales/event experience in a convention center, conference hotel, top-level event
    • management company, or international organization.
    • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, both written and orally, in English.
    • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred.
    • Ability to coordinate various stakeholder interests to deliver exceptional results
