    General Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with the MD on strategic planning and company restructuring.
    • Oversee workshop activities, site operations, and vehicle fleet management.
    • Monitor stock levels and control systems to ensure efficient operations.
    • Supervise the Operations Engineer, Supervisors, and HR functions.
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and budget forecasts.
    • Monitor stock reconciliations, creditor ledgers, and petty cash management.
    • Work with the Chief Accountant to maintain compliance with accounting procedures.
    • Optimize staffing levels and ensure proper job descriptions and appraisals.
    • Enforce health and safety protocols and oversee tool and material management.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior management role
    • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
    • At least 10years of management experience.
    • Strong understanding of business management, operations, and financial oversight.
    • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of HR management best practices.
    • Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance processes.

    Animal Health Sales Representative – Mombasa

    Responsibilities

    • Driving sales of animal products to clients.
    • Establishing contact and developing relationships with direct prospects.
    • Achieve the set monthly targets.
    • Deliver periodic reports on regional sales.
    • Conduct market research and analysis.
    • Develop prospect lists and make business follow-ups.
    • Prepare and share updates with management and senior executives

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in sales or related field.
    • MUST have at least 3 years’ experience in the animal health or agrovet sales
    • Must have a certification in animal health.
    • Must have 5 years accident-free driving license.
    • Must have impeccable communication skills.
    • MUST be an aggressive salesperson.
    • MUST have a proven record of meeting targets.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
