    Operations Manager

    Job Description

    Our client, a manufacturing company is looking to hire an Assistant Operations Manager to help coordinate activities in the company and ensure smooth running of the business in all the departments. He/she will assist the operations manager by giving constructive feedback to improve the operations of the business.

    Responsibilities 

    • Assist operations managers to oversee daily activities in the company in all the departments.
    • Staff supervision and sending daily reports to the directors
    • General office work like attending to customer’s complaints and purchasing items for the company.
    • Coordinate all office activities and ensure the company is running smoothly
    • Ensure company’s rules and regulations are followed to the letter by all the staffs
    • Direct, coordinate and review the work plan for the company; assign work activities and projects; monitor work flow and coordinate customer activities
    • Prepare and present the daily, weekly & monthly operations reports
    • Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs.
    • Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in any field
    • 2-3 years’ experience working in a busy company
    • Excellent Ms office skills
    • Experience in operations or office Admin duties
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Problem solving skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem solving skills with ability to escalate issues
    • Must be able to deliver and exceed expectations in a challengingenvironment.
    • Mature with ability to supervise a team

    Marketing Manager- Healthcare Services

    Job Description

    Our clientis a chain of hospitals with branches all over the country. They are looking to fill a senior role of a Marketing Manager whose main role will be to analyze market trends to estimate service demands and target the right audience. The incumbent will be overall responsible for all marketing activities and campaigns for the hospital. The marketing manager will create public awareness of how the hospitals can help improve public health.

    Responsibilities 

    • Marketing managerwill be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating organization’s marketing strategies.
    •  To coordinate the marketing team to ensure advertising initiatives are meeting targeted goals.
    • Plan promotional campaigns and negotiate advertising contracts with various media outlets to build brand awareness.
    •  With help from market research, executives identify appropriate consumer markets and devise effective plans to reach them.
    •  Foster relationships with physicians to improve organization’s referrals and contracts.
    • Communicate to the public about various offers in the hospital
    • Ensure follow up via phone, emails or social media
    • Promote Social media and digital marketing of healthcare services
    • Advise on billboards, Signage, mainstream media and telemarketing to meet the organization’s marketing strategic needs

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare/Marketing
    • 10+ years experience marketing healthcare services
    • Marketing dynamics and social media experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrable track record to work independently, own decisions, set priorities, and solve problems
    • Age bracket between 35 years to 50 years
    • Willing to start work in a month’s time
