    Front Office Manager

    Prideinn Paradise Beach Resort is urgently seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee all front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
    • Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
    • Manage schedules, budgets, and performance targets for the front office team.
    • Uphold company policies and maintain high standards of hospitality.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software (eg, Opera, Fidelio).
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

    Executive Housekeeper

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and implement efficient housekeeping processes, policies, and schedules to ensure operational excellence.
    • Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations, including public areas, rooms, and laundry services.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic housekeeping team to deliver the

    • Proficient in housekeeping management systems and technology.
