    Chief Executive Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate and drive the Company’s vision, values, and culture. Develop and implement effective policies with the Board of Trustees.
    • Serve as the face of the Company exemplifying the mission and values both internally and externally.
    • Lead and implement strategic development and high-quality service delivery through robust planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes ensuring the Company’s remains responsive to the changing cancer landscape.
    • Mentor and guide project teams, create a supportive work environment, and nurture staff development.
    • Accountable and transparent financial operations and reporting, including budget management, fundraising, demonstrating impact, risk management and building trust with a focus on sustainable financial stability.
    • Develop and lead fundraising strategies, build partnerships, and expand Company’s network.
    • Program Management: Drive innovative and impactful Cancer service delivery projects using data and evidence to enhance the quality of the Company services for cancer patients and their families incorporating lived experience voices and current research.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and supporters to maximize social impact in cancer care and support.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree
    • A master’s degree in public health, program/project management, or Health systems management will be an additional advantage.
    • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience and senior management and delivery of substantial health projects.
    • Developing a high-performance culture and values driven team
    • Understanding of how to provide good customer experience.
    • Using influence on secure funding and delivery partnerships.
    • Understanding of regulatory and governance requirements and risk covering operations and reputations.
    • Self-starter with attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and excellent people management abilities.
    • Ability to motivate and drive teams, particularly during times of change.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, initiative, energy, creativity, and flexibility.

    Stores Supervisor/Caretaker (Pharmaceuticals)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Management of all stores in the company including the staff who work in each store.
    • Ensuring the security and recording of all incoming and outgoing stocks from the stores.
    • Receiving orders from the office, packing and arranging goods daily for distribution to customers.
    • Monitoring stock levels and liaising with production and procurement to always ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Troubleshooting matters of dispatch to customers and following procedures on customer returns.
    • Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the staff in the stores department.
    • Conduct regular training for the stores staff to ensure they are working up to high standards.
    • Conducting monthly stock takes.
    • Opening and closing of the factory.
    • Providing information to the directors on the upkeep of the building

    Qualifications

    • Must have at least a high school certificate.
    • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus advantage.
    • Must have integrity with high morals and professional ethical values.
    • Must have prior working experience in the pharmaceuticals sector.
    • Must have a minimum of 6 year’s experience as a Stores Supervisor.
    • Excellent people management, oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task between various briefs.
    • Self-driven, focused and goal oriented.
    • Thorough knowledge of operations procedures & processes.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities

    1. Generate and qualify leads via phone, email and in person where applicable.
    2. Schedule sales appointments and activities
    3. Promote our services to new and existing customers
    4. Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities..
    5. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
    6. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Sales and Marketing or business-related degree.
    2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in automotive/motorcycle industry handling corporate customers across the county is highly desirable.
    3. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
    4. Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
    5. Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
    6. A self-starter, keen, ambitious and hungry to get results – with a proven record to exceed targets and KPIs
    7. Proven track record in the sales environment
    8. Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
    9. Ability to create and deliver client presentations
    10. Expert in time management and personal organization
    11. Smart and presentable
