    Chief Commercial Officer

    The Position: 

    The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will create strategies and metrics to ensure the business stays on track with its objectives and exceeds targets. He / she will work with various departments on the budgeting, sales processes, and marketing strategies to ensure the company can achieve its goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies in line with the Company’s  & Board’s vision.
    • Responsible for  all sales & marketing and budgets.
    • Responsible for developing and implementing business objectives & goals.
    • Set performance standards for the sales and marketing workforce
    • Create the appropriate sales & marketing structure to meet the overall company strategies
    • Ensure the development and training of the sales & marketing workforce
    • Make decisions regarding marketing, sales, product development, new business opportunities, customer service to  drive business growth and market share
    • Have regular contact with all stakeholders.

    Qualification and Experience:

    Must have not less than 15 years pharma experience in:

    • Marketing
    • Sales in Kenya and the region

    Skills:

    • Skills in strategic and business planning would be important
    • Must be a self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized

    Senior Marketing Manager

    The Position: 

    A senior marketing manager is primarily responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans that drive sales for the company’s products. Plays a managerial role in the marketing activities of the department by overseeing the creation of engaging designs and content for the business’s marketing programs in order to ensure proper and consistent communication and embodiment of the brand’s identity and reach to the audience.

    Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop marketing and pricing strategies for the product portfolio.
    • Oversee marketing department staff and budgets.
    • Increase Brand awareness and market share of products
    • Co-ordinate marketing strategies with sales, finance and production departments.
    • Oversee Branding, advertising and promotional campaigns including new product launches.
    • Oversee the development of marketing material.
    • Preparing marketing budgets together with the Brand Managers.
    • Develop external partnership with the medical community.
    • Undertake training for the medical representatives on the product portfolio and communication skills.

    Qualification and Experience:

    Must Have: Minimum Requirements

    • Must have Pharma marketing experience of not less than 10 years.
    • Pharmacy and related education background.
    • Kenyan citizen
    • Age 35-40 years

    Management Skills:

    • Creative skills

    Head Of Finance

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems
    • Implement operational best practices Harmonise all financial and accounting policies/functions
    • Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package (incentive for sales staff, bonus and increment packages)
    • Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions
    • Review and approve tax plans
    • Monitor performance of the accounts department
    • Contribute to decisions regarding financial strategy
    • Represent the company for any issues.

    Qualification and Experience:

    Must Have: Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent
    • Master’s degree or its equivalent g. MBA, MSC
    • Professional chartered accounting certification- CFA, ACA, ACCA.
    • At least 10 years of experience in the field.

    Sales Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare annual budgets per the sales team including targets for FLM, MR schedule expenditure.
    • Ensure team building training.
    • Interact with New Product Development team, marketing team & create strategy (short term & long term) for sales growth and increase in market share.

    Must Have: Minimum Requirements

    • University Degree in the relevant field.
