    Core Solution Sales Manager

    What you will learn and contribute to

    As part of our team, you will:

    • Identify and understand customers’ technical, operational and commercial challenges and opportunities.
    • Plan sales initiatives within customer team and lead & follow through on CNS Core opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain understanding and insight of customer’s business and markets and follow proactively the trends/needs in own area and turn them to new business opportunities for the customer and for Nokia.
    • Manage quality and value by utilizing Nokia’s deep expertise, resources and intellectual capital to realize high customer value and delight.
    • Build subject matter expertise in own solution area and share knowledge in Core Presales community as well as wider Nokia community.

    Your skills and experience

    You have:

    • At least ten years of work experience in the telecommunications domain particularly on the core network, and intimate technical knowledge of telco networks (mobile 3G /4G voice & data core, SDM, IMS/VoLTE, 5G core, signaling nodes, cloud networks), technologies and protocols
    • High level knowledge of products within Nokia’s or equivalent software products (Cloud Core Products) and emerging technologies in 5G, IoT, etc.
    • Presales and Solution Selling competences: architecture & solution building

    It would be beneficial if you also had:

    • Experience in technical negotiations
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required. French native speaking skills is highly appreciated.
    • Strong interpersonal capabilities and customer intimacy
    • Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker
    • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed
    • Strong skills on communication and presentation - even for large audience

    Cloud Integration Engineer

    What you will learn and contribute to

    General Purpose

    • Proactively plans and performs advanced technical activities requiring knowledge in multiple areas or on a system level providing excellent Services to the customer. 
    • Prioritizes work based on customer and business impact and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.

    • Closely works with onsite Project Team to prepare Cloud pre-requisites during VNF & CNF onboarding
    • Troubleshoot VNF/CNF onboarding issues
    • Support integration & testing of new VNF & CNFs including re-deployments/scale out during various testing cycles.
    • Troubleshooting of any performance issues
    • Go-live support & post live monitoring as per contract
    • Proactively identifies and solves demanding problems and communicates them to key stakeholders 

     Job Description 

    • Support Installation, Integration, Acceptance testing, Operations & Maintenance, and any ongoing modification (including upgrades) & configuration changes to the Nokia’s CBIS (Cloudband Infrastructure Software), CBAM (Cloudband Application Manager), NCS (Nokia Container Services) and Data Centre Hardware (Nokia Airframe Data Centre Solution).
    • Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and provide technical support assistance
    • Integration with backend technical support engineering teams and other technical teams (for e.g. Nokia VNF Engineers, Partners’ VNF owners
    • Provides support to Nokia Customers as a seasoned Customer-facing Engineer
    • Participates as an expert in own technology area
    • Is active in Networking and Knowledge sharing
    • Develop service documentation and procedures
    • Perform first installs of new software, upgrades, and hardware expansions
    • Perform system integration and regression tests
    • Should be passionate about troubleshooting issues, thinking out of the box when it comes to problem solving
    • Contribute to the creation of common artifacts and tools for usage by the Solution Engineering community and lead knowledge transfer and ramp up
    • Lead your own competence development and contribute to the Nokia Knowledge Hubs aka. Communities of Practice

    Additional Requirements 

    • Experience in Containers, Kubernetes and Microservices concepts
    • Engineer graduated in Telecommunications, IT or Electronic Engineering.
    • Proven experience in installation, commissioning, and integration of CBIS, CBAM and NCS
    • Proven experience in installation, commissioning, and integration of Data Centre Solutions (Hardware), preferably Nokia Airframe Data Centre Solutions. 
    • Sound knowledge of Telecommunications Networks
    • Candidate with experience and/or certification in RHOSP will be preferred 
    • Good working knowledge of UNIX or Linux Operating Systems. 
    • Good working knowledge of TCP / IP
    • Good knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP/RTP/MGCP)
    • Experience in Scripting Languages (Python, Perl, Bash, etc.) 
    • Previous Operations and Maintenance experience for a customer
    • Strong and demonstrated troubleshooting skills and abilities to debug and reproduce hardware, software, and networking problems including network performance and interoperability issues 
    • Experience of integration with OSS is highly desirable 
    • Knowledge of GSM and/or LTE networks highly desirable
    • Independent work ethics
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    • The ideal candidate will have up-to five years of experience in the above
    • Possess a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering.

    FN MEA CEWA Business Development Manager

    As part of our team, you will:

    Business Development:

    • Leads and Drives Fixed Network presales activities to turn business opportunities into Contracts/Orders, in very close collaboration with the Sales (Customer Experience) organization
      • Identifies commercial opportunities within existing customers and outside the existing apparatus
      • Leads RFI/RFP/RFQ process, coordinates, and follows necessary internal preparation needed to build Offer deliverables. Responsible from the quality of offer deliverables.
      • Drives commercial & pricing strategy, works closely with commercial Management team to build the business case. Present and follow necessary approvals within Business Group (RBC, BU)
      • Supports Customer Team / Account Manager team during commercial and contract discussions. Represents Fixed Network Business Group during offer negotiation and contract signature.
    • Identification and development of new opportunities for Fixed Network in his/her territory in cooperation with the Customer Experience / Sales organization and fostering the relationship with existing customers to maintain and grow the business
    • Drives short/mid/long Term Fixed Networks strategy within his/her territory, creates/defines customer engagement plan with support of Fixed Network Strategy, Business Unit / PLM, Customer Engineering, Cluster organization and MU/CBT/CT (Market Unit / Customer Team).
    • Works in close collaboration with MU/CBT heads to execute customer engagement plan and Supports Customer Experience organization if necessary, during this process.
    • Guides Fixed Network Account Managers to build business pipeline and support them to gain Fixed Network business related know-how (new solutions, products, services, etc).
    • Technical consultancy to customers & sales teams on specific Fixed Network subjects
    • Follows the Market trends in her/his territory, prepares reports and feeds information to related parties (Business Unit / PLM, Regional Business Center, Fixed Network Strategy/CTO)
    • Capturing, consolidating, prioritizing customer requirements, and contributing to product roadmaps in order to secure a competitive advantage in the market.
    • Responsible from Fixed Network Order Intake within his/her territory, pushes related parties to secure business within defined KPIs
    • Provides Order Intake forecast information during periodic reporting cycles, leads alignment with Customer experience organization, challenges and pushes to stretch the maximum possible potential to be captured. Responsible from the accurate on time information
