    Integrated Media Manager

    Detailed Description

    Reporting to the Chapter Lead – Integrated Media The role holder will be responsible for developing integrated (ATL & digital) media strategy and plans on initiatives that deliver to business objectives for various units across the organization

    Responsibilities

    • Work with internal business units and agency teams towards development of media strategy, media plans and channel selection depending on the objective of the campaign to ensure a high return on investment for each campaign.
    • Oversee integrated media buying across channels, reporting, optimization and analysis  is done in line with pre-approved strategy
    • Budget management including: assistance in allocation of monthly budgets, and financial reconciliation on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
    • monitoring and analysing integrated media campaign performance data in order to suggest structural improvements that will optimize ad campaigns.
    • Will be personally responsible for keeping up with the dynamic trends and benchmarks in the media industry through continuous research and training.
    • Identifying new media opportunities arising that will add value to Safaricom campaigns
    • Identify and deliver media partnerships relevant to the units they support and negotiate added value
    • Collect and package data driven actionable insights from the media platforms with clear recommendations to the business  to influence decisions. 
    • High level stakeholder management and engagement to seek approvals for integrated media strategy and plans

    Qualifications

    Senior Manager (Enterprise Projects Delivery and Customer Fulfilment)

    Brief description

    Reporting to Head of Department – Technology Enterprise Services, the position holder will oversee end to end planning and co-ordination of the development/enhancement/delivery of products, services and solutions to provide superior customer experience. Development of department processes and procedures that govern the section in compliance expected governance thresholds.

    He/she will also be responsible for performing the oversight role on all projects/programs and ensure that the objectives and customer outcomes are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints.     Events Manager

    Detailed Description

    Reporting to the Senior Manager – Events The position holder will lead and manage all Safaricom Events (internal and external) through insights led, digital first experiences that deepen consumer engagement and enhance brand perception.

    Responsibilities

    • Management of all internal and external Safaricom events (physical, hybrid and virtual), inclusive of brand Assets and Safaricom & M-PESA Foundation events, in terms of arranging venues (online and offline), branding of the event, promotional materials etc
    • In conjunction with internal customers, creation of robust, inclusive event plans that bring to life marketing objectives and drive strong ROI
