    Senior Officer Risk and Complianace

    REF: LVSWWDA/SORC/2022/11

    Job Specification

    The duties and responsibilities at this level will involve:

    • Coordinate the functions of the Risk and Compliance section to ensure
    • attainment of Agency goals and objectives;
    • Coordinate the identification of risks in every department of the Agency;
    • Establish a detailed Risk Register and continuously update it in consultation with HODs;
    • Ensure implementation of the agreed risk mitigating action by each HOD.

    For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have/be: -

    • A minimum period of four (4) years relevant work experience

    Senior Human Resource Officer

    Job Specifications

    Duties and responsibilities will entail;

    • initiating the formulation of the HR strategies, policies, procedures and systems;
    • disseminating human resource management policies, laws, regulations, procedures and systems;
    • conducting recruitment, selection and on boarding programmes in the Agency;
    • analyzing the utilization of human resources in the Agency and advising on proper deployment;
    • verifying payroll data;

    Duties and responsibilities entail;

    • Installing and maintaining computer systems;
    • Analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing computer programs;
    • Configuring Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN);

    • Configuring Local Area Network and Wide Area Network;
    • Developing and updating application systems;
