    Hotel Human Resources Manager

    F&B Cost Controller

    Job Description:

    • Stedmak Gardens is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced F&B Cost Controller to manage the food and beverage costs for our establishment. The successful candidate will ensure efficient cost management, inventory control, and profitability of our F&B operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor daily food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
    • Prepare detailed financial reports on F&B costs and margins.
    • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to minimize wastage.
    • Assist in pricing and menu engineering for optimal cost control.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience as an F&B Cost Controller in a hospitality or food service environment.
    • Proficient in inventory management, costing, and budgeting.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
