    HR Manager

    Key Requirements:   

    • Development and on-going actioning of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance
    • Partner with management to communicate HR policies, procedure, programs, and law, and drive the enforcement and implementation of these

    Head of Reservations

    Key Requirements:

    • Ensure existing and new team members have the capability to (1) internalise & consistently follow SOPs; and (2) learn and optimally use tools (technology) provided

    CFO – Nanyuki

    Key Requirements:

    • Serve as an active member of Executive leadership team.
    • Drive change within the organization through financial analysis and management by providing the detailed financial information required.

    Financial Controller

    Key Requirements:

    • Maintain system of accounts and keep books and records on all transactions and
    • Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial and management reports, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
    • Monitor performance versus budget and forecasts and provide variance analysis on a periodic basis.
    • Financial control of revenue, production cost, overheads, and financing costs.

    Credit Analyst

    Key Requirements:

    • Support officers and managers in collection, verification and analysis of data on potential borrowers
    • Support the officers and managers in preparation of credit memos
    • Support the closing process of each approved credit transaction.
    • Coordinate with the capacity building team on gaps identified during the KYC/due diligence process

    Key Requirements:

    • Ensure delivery of all spa services and treatments in line with the company code of conduct and standards

    Reservations Assistant

    Key Requirements:

    • Handling enquiries in a polite, professional, accurate & timely manner and inputting the enquiries correctly into all systems i.e. Res Request
    • Responsible for Direct Client and specific high-end agent bookings as allocated as well as ensuring all payments for their bookings are collected on time and correctly noted on the system.
    • Building positive relationships with clients and suppliers through regular and concise correspondence, updates and other methods.

    • Co-ordinating safari services booked for clients, including confirmation and scheduling of these services with the necessary supplier/department.

    Qualifications

    • Must have Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality or its equivalent.
    • Must have at least 4 years working in reservation at a Luxury Safari Camp.
    • The demonstrated ability to accurately and in a timely manner deal with a large volume of enquiries is an advantage.
    • A good knowledge of the luxury and niche safari industry is a plus.
    • Be a good communicator and able to articulate themselves well in written English.
    • Excellent planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.
