    Sales Representative -Hardware /Dealers

    Job Brief:

    Responsible for achieving set targets month on month, Hardware management, hardware growth, and generation of relevant reports.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Effective Selling and Account management:
    • Managing of individual pipeline &
    • Promotes/sells/secures orders from hardware shops.
    • Acquire new sales/hardware shops
    • Meet sales targets as per agreed Key Performance
    • Ability to set up and manage trainings for hardware staff and fundis
    • Build meaningful internal and external
    • Identifies opportunity by translating our products and services into value for

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Degree and /or Diploma in sales & marketing or business-related course would be all one needs for education
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience in building & construction industry; handling hardware shops and dealers. Experience is products such as ceramics, cement or roffing materials is highly preferred.
    • Knowledge of the Kenyan building & construction
    • Must have been a successful sales rep in the previous/current jobs.
    • Proven track record of good performance in sales demonstrated by achieved targets, awards etc. Confirmed by immediate past direct

    • Great interpersonal skills including ability to quickly build rapport with clients
    • Excellent written capabilities and verbal communication skills

    Security Coordinator

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Addressing any performance gaps or concerns promptly.
    • Assisting in planning and implementing security strategies.
    • Attending court sessions when necessary to provide support and documentation.
    • Collaborating with relevant authorities to address encroachment issues.
    • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Contributing to incident reporting and conducting risk assessments.
    • Coordinating with legal counsel to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
    • Developing strategies to prevent future incidents of encroachment.
    • Maintain detailed records of security activities, audits, and incident investigations.
    • Ensuring all legal protocols are followed during the arrest process.
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
    • Identifying and implement improvements in security operations.
    • Liaising with law enforcement agencies for smooth coordination during arrests.
    • Maintaining accurate records of all ongoing cases.
    • Managing communication between various stakeholders, including internal departments and external agencies.
    • Monitoring the performance of the contracted security service provider.
    • Must be able to Work with departmental leadership to engage additional staff assistance as needed for the betterment of security.
    • Providing logistical support and necessary documentation for related activities.
    • Providing regular updates to the department head on progress and challenges.
    • Ensure adherence to legal and industry-specific security standards.
    • Provide regular updates on the security status and recommend improvements.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Security Course.
    • Previous experience as a police Officer, Military Police Officer.
    • Must be computer literate and adaptive to technology
    • 4+ experience in security at a supervisory role
