    Sales Manager - IT Solutions

    Job Description

    We are hiring for our client in IT Solutions and IT Security for a Sales Manager. This role is designed to develop new business relationships and generate new income in sales funnel. Come up with differentiated sales strategies to capture market niche and pursue for closure. Be knowledgeable of all our Software environments and how you can engage the potential customers to see the value in them. Analyze and understand your target market’s business needs and articulate the value proposition of our ICT solutions to them. Know our competition and gather market intelligence that will be shared with your team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed your set revenue and product target by developing relationships within targeted customers.
    • Engage with clients at a senior, decision-making level to understand their business needs, to leverage our Solutions to meet the customer’s business needs and to grow relationships with a longer-term focus.
    • Create a long term and short-term strategy to HOD in conveyance of how you can show the capability to meet and exceed set target.
    • Create and manage sales pipeline and achieve pipeline conversion to sales targets.
    • Ability to review self-sales closure ratio and continuously push to reduce it
    • Developing and managing targeted marketing activities with our Sales PR department.
    • Attend all training on existing or new services offered by the organization.
    • Know and adhere to all the setout sales processes and use the systems relevant to the processes (Odoo).
    • Gather market intelligence and share with the team on a daily/weekly basis.
    • Ensure smooth implementation of strategic partnership & distribution of partner products.
    • Work with commercial Manager to ensure product diversification initiatives and launch new products in liaison with other departments to meet market demand.
    • Ensure high level company visibility in the market based on territory demarcation.
    • Work hand in hand with team in analyzing potential areas of growth and where we can groom.
    • Any other duties and responsibilities as the company sees fit.

    Requirements

    Academic Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in a Sales and/or Marketing related fields.

    Professional Qualifications

    • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications or its equivalent.   

    Experience

    • 6years relevant working experience in sales & marketing management; three of which should be at senior level
      preferably in a ICT environment.
    • Experience or qualification in ICT related an added advantage.

    • Human Resources Manager – Handcrafted Leather Goods Brand
    • Our client, a well-established brand known for its handcrafted leather bags and footwear, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the operations of its manufacturing plant and retail outlets.
    • The HR Manager will play a critical role in recruiting, developing, managing, and retaining a productive workforce. This role requires someone who can ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws, foster a positive work culture, and align HR strategies with the company’s production and business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and update all HR policies and ensure they are properly implemented across the organization.
    • Lead staff sensitization efforts to ensure company-wide understanding and adherence to HR policies, including among senior management.
    • Develop and implement a department-specific onboarding checklist for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into their roles.
    • Set up and maintain a clear performance management framework, including annual performance reviews and merit-based salary increments every two years.
    • Conduct monthly performance appraisals for administrative staff and present summary reports to the CEO.
    • Ensure that all employees have valid, up-to-date contracts that clearly outline job descriptions and/or performance targets.

    • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws, health and safety regulations, and statutory compliance including NHIF, NSSF, and PAYE.

    Procurement Manager (Imports Specialist)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategically source raw materials and finished goods from suppliers, ensuring the best value in terms of quality, price, and reliability.
    • Lead end-to-end contract and price negotiations with international suppliers and build long-term relationships with them.
    • Oversee all import processes including preparation and verification of documentation, customs clearance, and liaising with clearing agents and regulatory bodies.

    • Proficiency in procurement software, Microsoft Excel, and supply chain tools.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
