    Reservation Assistant

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assist in bookings, reservations & ticketing for domestic flights.
    • Assist in the day- to –day duties of the reservations to ensure the highest level of performance.
    • Ensuring competitive tour costing, quotations and pricing for accommodation and air.
    • Ensuring proper management and preparation of client’s itineraries per their request.
    • Hotel bookings and confirmations.
    • Overseeing proper Invoicing and Accounting of files
    • Respond to emails and phone calls
    • Provide excellent customer services to clients, agents and suppliers as required
    • Respond to enquiries regarding hotels & safaris within 24hrs
    • Prepare itineraries to the various destinations of interest
    • Keep clients up to date with changes in the travel industry
    • Ensure payment for each tour booking is received in advance or proper authorization is received from a corporate prior to credit sale
    • Create contact with hotels, car hire, sightseeing attraction and other service providers for best competitive contract rates
    • Making follow-ups on tour quotations
    • Ensuring that tours quotations are competitive as well as terms & conditions
    • Assist in visa application for visitors
    • Any other duty assigned

     Qualifications

    • A degree/Diploma in Tours & Travel or Business Administration or related field from a recognized Institution.
    • Minimum 2 years’ working experience as a Reservation Assistant in Tours and Travel industry or working in service industry
    • Proficiency in English both written and spoken
    • Excellent computer skills with good knowledge
    • Handle high working pressure
    • Strong time management and organization skills 
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Outstanding leadership, planning and negotiation skills

    Senior Sales Representative

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Set and achieve annual sales targets including, commercial and Industrial installation projects.
    • Develop opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors for large system installation and programs.
    • Monitor and analyse sales and market trends to develop and implement effective strategic sales plans and actions for both short and long term
    • Develop high brand visibility in East Africa
    • Increase Solar deal network to grow the solar business
    • Implement agreed sales and marketing strategies
    • Track lost business, and start afresh, within a timely service recovery.
    • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new acquisitions with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials.
    • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • In liaison with the customer’s service coordinator ensure all customer needs are addressed.
    • Understand consumer market needs, behaviour attitudes, consumer needs and advising management on the same.
    • Assist in formulating and implementing annual marketing and sales strategies.
    • Participate in any other duties that shall be reasonably assigned by management.
    • Draw annual sales and marketing budgets for operations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the renewable industry is an added advantage.

    Technical Sales Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, pre-qualify, and acquire prospects for the sales of large commercial Solar PV Grid -Tie projects and perform technical due diligence.
    • Negotiate and structure Solar PV and Solar Integrated contract deals.
    • Manage the sales request process for all project types and work within guidelines and set triggers to efficiently manage priorities.
    • Performs site diligence, provides site-specific or customer-specific design and validates design requirements to suit the client.
    • Support projects estimating and scheduling tasks as required.
    • Act as a key point of contact between the client and the company in project implementation.
    • Target and contact key decision makers in large commercial enterprises, hotels/resorts etc. to create a need and present new project opportunities, propose specific sales contracts, obtain fully executed contracts for new projects, and achieve business development goals. 

    Key Qualifications

    • BSC. Electrical Engineering / Energy Engineering.
    • Minimum of 3 Years’ experience in system Design and Project Management.
    • T3 Licensed.
    • Technical PV solutions support experience.
    • Knowledge of Project Management will be an added advantage.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent client-facing skills.

    Responsibilities:
